About Me

I incarnated into a loving, hardworking family and grew up in South East London.

I was an extremely sensitive child and remember when approximately 7 years old stopping in my tracks and thinking "Who am I, What am I, Why am I here?" I would often feel an ache within my little soul and didn’t want to be “here” and wanted to “go home”.

I enjoyed dancing, singing, drawing and writing poetry and prose, one of which was about the seven plateaus of life. I wrote my first song when I was approximately 10 years old called “White Horse” which was about a winged horse that I would see riding across the sky in my inner eye.

I felt very close to Jesus and would attend church with my Nan and collected several little statuettes next to my bed one of which used to move around ! It was a statue of St. Theresa of the Roses. I went on a school trip to Lourdes in France and was captivated by the energy there though I didn’t enjoy being forced to go and take a baptismal bath in the healing waters, yet when I came out a cut on my knee had vanished!

As far as I can remember, my first encounter of seeing Spirit came just after I married at the age of 18. I saw a materialised spirit next to my bed and it quite scared me! I decided I needed to learn about Spirit and was lead by the Divine Hand to seek out knowledge. I began to read as much as I could, it was like a hunger that wouldn’t be satisfied, the more I read the more excited I became and wanted to assimilate as much knowledge as possible - I was feeding my soul.

When I reached the age of approximately 23 I increased my spiritual studies by joining a Development Circle and it was here that foundations were laid for me to make quantum leaps in my awareness and my abilities as a “sensitive” and channel. After six months I started to work as a Channel for Spirit, mainly working with the bereaved giving messages from loved ones. I then moved on to Teaching spiritual truths, holding Spiritual Development Circles and giving spiritual counselling and would sit at my typewriter for many hours having conversations with my guardian and guides and then typing out the answers !

I was on an incredible journey of self~awakening and the best possible tools for that were the disciplines of Meditation, study and service. It gave me so much joy to bring upliftment and healing to others through contact with Spirit. My day to day life journey continued, meditating every day, writing down the words from Spirit, studying and holding spiritual development groups, sharing the wisdom I had received, and using my own spiritual gifts to the full.

Life took another great shift after having my most treasured daughter, I separated from my husband and began another page in the great book of my life and it was at this time that I started to work with “The Five Rhythms Ecstatic Dance”. After a while I started to combine sound and movement, experimenting with vocal sounds and harmonics whilst moving through the rhythms, just really being lead by my intuition. Also at this time I had started to create psychic drawings of Spirits which I found remarkable as I couldn’t at all draw faces and I would watch as after many hours of working with pastels they would take shape and manifest a Chief or Nun. 

Life carried on until one day a most fascinating and remarkable event took place which completely changed my life. I had a massive shift in consciousness and connected in more fully with Christ. (With tears of joy I also realised that I had indeed drawn Jesus the Christ 15 years prior!)

I was approx 40 years old, and had been working for the Divine Spirit for about 17 years, when whilst fast asleep and in the deep resting place of quiet slumber I heard choirs of angels singing and an orchestra playing the most beautiful sounds. Words were forming in my consciousness. I awoke thinking someone must be playing music but no, I was hearing my first channelled Song from the Angels. I got up in the early hours and taped the song so I would be able to hear it back in the morning. (I called the Song “Messiah”)



Little did I know then that it was the beginning of an amazing river of music that flows and flows to this very day 16 years later, having now received from “The Angel Body” 400 sacred songs and chants. I am not trained academically with music so all the songs have been recorded onto cassette tape and then typed up and placed in folders! It is my absolute joy to have this communication with the Beloved Ones and to receive Sacred Music that assists in healing and awakening of higher consciousness.



About 10 years ago I acquired my first Native Drum, then more recently two medicine drums and a collection of Native Indian flutes. Soon after I was contacted by the Spirit of Grey Owl and he in turn brought to me Sitting Bull ('He Who Sits Wisely', Chief of the Hungpapa Sioux) who came as spokesman for a Council of 21 Chiefs. We sat together for well over an hour and he explained to me that the Chiefs wanted to bring me their healing sacred chants and I remember saying “why me ?“ and Sitting Bull replied “why not!” Over the last few years it has warmed my heart to also have greater awareness of my incarnations as a Native Indian.



As I write these words I am now 55 years old, having been on the Sacred Path for over 30 years living and working in Christ Consciousness and doing my best to BE the change I want to see in the world. I am celebrating this great mystical journey with my brothers and sisters, co~creating a caring and sharing soul family and marvelling at the living light that weaves its golden thread in the Consciousness of the I AM.
